This demolition seems very silly. Why not convert this into senior citizen apartments?

    • The building I show in rubble from 2007 was senior apartments. After they moved across the street into a new building the old was razed.

I’ve been in the building currently being razed, it wasn’t great.

Ya but with so many developers building new senior residential in the city, you’d think this building could be remodeled for a couple million into a very nice facility.
