Very brief shameless plug, I will have two properties open Sunday (7/15/07) from 1pm-3pm — one is a renovated large one-bedroom home at 3459 Itaska and the other is a 3,000sf multi-family/storefront property at 3463 Itaska ready for your renovation ideas. Stop by and say hello.
Maybe I’ll stop by. Just remember not to put out your Open House signs too early. I removed a few this week on the way to our neighborhood assn meeting to give to Ms Barringer but she is on vacation.
[SLP — Yes, thanks for the reminder. I have a sign rider that says “Open Sun 1-3” which goes on the property — I don’t put out signs all over the neighborhood for days and weeks on end. I do, at times, put up a couple of directional signs about 15 minute beforehand and take them back down immediately following the open house.]
I wish you luck in sellling the properties. From your experience in the market, what do you think of the current state of real estate in the City and how long do you think the glut will last?
These are both great properties! It’s nice that you can show them both so conveniently. If I didn’t have a family, I would be moving into the little 3 room house in a heartbeat. They guy that fixed this place up did a top notch job. It’s the perfect mix of old and new, and the layout is as perfect as they get.

What’s Circa Properties? I thought you used to be with Eugene G. Schaller.
