South Grand Will Be Much Improved

Work on the new streetscape for South Grand has started.  The new design will address shortcomings of the current streetscape.  Very little of the new work is complete but what I’ve seen so far looks great.  Can’t wait to visit in my wheelchair, once finished, to do a full review.

  1. Also looking forward to the improvements on Vandeventer in SW Garden (b/t Shaw and Kingshighway). Work has been slow ever since winter set in, of course. Should be nice when both of these projects are done.

    This is a recession. Government needs to tighten its belt. Where is Elliot Davis on this project? He needs to ambush Jennifer Florida tomorrow.
